The association provides housing counseling for all new tenants. In
addition, a minority, approximately 10-15 percent of tenants, can be offered a
possibility to follow a supported housing scheme. Furthermore, the Finnish
Youth Housing Association encourages its residents to participate in improving
their living conditions.
